Cancellation policy

You are permitted a 30-day guarantee refund on any first orders. Orders that have not shipped yet can be (on a case by case basis) cancelled and refunded so long as they have not shipped from the warehouse. Due to the nature of the product as a dietary supplement, a return and refund on secondary orders are not accepted.
